Abstract: One of the common characteristics early modern Western European philosophers is emphasis on freedom and equality. Philosophers this period looked for answers to “what equality?” realized equality into fundamental human rights. From John Locke Montesquieu Jean Jacques Rousseau, all consider as natural rights beings. Rousseau’s concept reflected in The Social Contract.
